Since its inception in 1998, the company has grown exponentially and now employs over 100 individuals, operates a fleet of twelve private jet aircraft, two corporate jet centers, one fuel service location, and a multimillion-dollar Part 145 Repair Station.
As the business continued to grow and gain more recognition, ACI Jet needed to simplify its brand story and solidify its place in the market. Crystal Heavers was able to bring all three divisions under one distinct brand umbrella, creating a unified identity that clearly communicated the depth and breadth of services ACI Jet provides to both new and existing customers. She also launched the brand, developing a roll-out strategy that prioritized employee ownership of the new brand and customer touchpoints like the website and company invoices. Finally, processes were put in place to ensure consistency and longevity. This included the creation of brand guidelines and approval processes for future communications.
Ultimately, the full rebrand for ACI Jet’s services included a revision of all internal and external-facing materials, from uniforms and signage to trade show booths and advertising.
